The call is for families or adult candidates who are actively considering the Career Sprint. Kamila will use the conversation to understand the candidate’s goals, current position and existing foundations, then recommend the most appropriate starting point, including whether direct entry to Stage 2 — Evidence + Visibility or Stage 3 — Conversations + Opportunity is suitable.
If the prospective participant is a student, or another person will be paying for the programme, please ensure the parent or person making the financial decision attends the call.
This avoids an unproductive first conversation where the candidate cannot discuss the investment or make a decision about joining. It also means Kamila can answer the parent/buyer's questions directly while understanding the candidate's goals.
